Great race that year, Pat! I liked that course. I remember it being in the woods, sheltered, and rolling hills. We must have taken off with about 15 miles to go? I think the race had been easy up to that point. I can’t remember how I got up to the break or how the break formed. I don’t think that course was ever used again.
