    Dont sweat the blocking. I’ve been blocked from MCF.net site for a year or more. They pretty much operate like Russian Gov. I dont care about ROY. Its no indicator doesnt mean anything. Look at the USA Cycling rankings for MN. CRit, RR, Stage race, etc. Thats a slightly better indicator. Back to school by.
