The Hotel Dyckman in 1956, wishing to give an aura of international flavor to its already famed cuisine, created the Chateau de Paree restaurant. To insure its success a search was made for a Chef and Maitre de of suitable distinction, ergo Ernest Baumann.

Changing the World, one skinny bike dude at a time…

The Nature Valley Grand Prix disrupts rush hour traffic in downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul so that skinny guys and gals in lycra can ride on major city streets. It land locks residents and businesses in these cities along with Cannon Falls, Mankato and Stillwater for hours. We are an all around pain in the butt.
