Black Dog Time Trial Series presented by Silver Cycling - Black Dog Road, Burnsville, MN
Last night was the “Return of the Dog” and while the weather was friendlier, Black Dog Road was showing its teeth. The road surface has deteriorated more over the winter which meant riders had to dodge plenty of potholes along the 6.8 mile route.
Competing in the Men’s Open category, Aric Hareland of Team Synergy and Dan Casper of Grandstay Hotels tied for the best time of the night with 14:34s.
Teresa Moriarty of MBRC/Flanders posted the best time in the Women’s Open category with a 16:08. The Dog returns May 21st which also serves as the next event for the NVGP Qualification Race Series.
